There are several reports available to users through the COCRS User Site. Some report access may be limited to users with administrative permissions.
Request History Reports
Reports can be accessed from the Request History Reports section of the menu. These reports are primarily used to lookup prior orders.
User Requests Report
The User Requests report provides access to requests placed by individual users.
A user with administrative permissions will be able to select any user with a user account. Other users will only see their requests. Simply select a user, if available, and a month to search. All relevant requests will be displayed, with the status and document links, when available.
Company Requests Report
The Company Requests report provides access to requests placed by all users. It also allows for a search term to be entered, to limit the results and find specific requests.
Users will be able to see and access requests from all users withing the company. Simply select a month to search and optionally enter a search term. All relevant requests will be displayed, with the status and document links, when available.
