How long does it take to get a cert back?
The return times are constantly tracked and updated. You can see the average Return Times on our site. For more details, see the Tax Certificate Return Times article.
How do I add two buyers/sellers to a request
When buyers are required on an order, such as Validated or HOA Requests, both buyers can be entered in the buyers field.
How do I find my order status?
Requests status can be seen on the various Reports. Use the Details button to see a detailed status and links to related files, based on request type.
Legal Descriptions
What if the legal description doesn't match?
The legal description we have is what was provided with the current year tax roll (currently 2021) and will be updated when the treasurer releases the new tax roll. If the account number matches, we will be able to find the correct parcel.
Can I provide an updated or corrected legal description?
The legal descriptions on our site are what was provided by the treasurer. They will get updated when new tax data is released. Even if the legal descriptions don't match exactly, as long as he other details match, the request can still be processed.
