Request Detail Overview
The Request Detail page shows more information about an individual request. The details vary based on the status and type of request. This article covers the various components available and shown on the page, identifying statuses and product types, as applicable.
Request Details
The top section shows the basic details of the request. These include the company and user name, client reference, COCRS ID, product Type, state, and relevant related dates.
If completed, the product can be downloaded from this section and, for some products, an update can be requested.
Parcel Info
The parcel information section details the parcel specific details with identifying numbers, owner, used address and a USPS match result.
Collector Certificates and Fees
For Validated Tax Certificates (with or without HOA details), the specific collector certificates obtained and relevant acquisition fees are shown. These provide additional details not included on the certificates, or clarify information in the format provided by the collector.
Collector and Jurisdiction Line Items
For Validated Tax Certificates (with or without HOA details), a summary of line item details are shown. The format and details vary by state and product types, which may not match the formatting or details on the produced PDF products.
HOA Details
The HOA details section, only shown for products containing HOA information, has two sections. The first section "HOA Details, as in our system" shows the final version of what we matched in our system, with formatting, address verification, updated contact details, and ordering information.
The "HOA Lookup Status" section shows the results of our automated matching routines. This section jumpstarts the research performed by our Agents. Every search is verified, and updated as necessary, before issuing products referencing HOA details.
Request Cancellations
The Cancellation section only appears while products are still in process. Cancellations can be submitted here, with the relevant cancellation reason. Depending on the product and status, cancellation may not be possible on all products. COCRS will attempt to cancel the request if possible. See Reasons for Cancellation.
